The dry, bitter, sore tension at the bottom of my throat felt difficult to swallow. I was lost as I searched my grey surroundings for brief distractions for the pain I felt in my empty chest. My heart fell silent as I gasped for air which rushed roughly in through my dry cracked lips.
My blonde curly hair covered my pale white skin which was scattered with tiny brown freckles. My hollow surrounding were closed in with no opening to crack and escape from the misery I felt in my shattering mind.
The cold biting breeze split through my legs running a chill up my spin .The area was crowded filled with constant chatter which ran like a mixture of echoes hammering in my ears. The air was moist with a thick, strong stench of alcohol and cigarette smoke.
As my tired hazy eyes scanned the train tracks my nerves tightened and my stomach was filled with a million fluttering butterflies swirling out of control like a powerful cyclone. Tears rolled down my smiling cheeks as my body sprang into the air with joy.
My mind was alive with happiness and excitement with a power to take on the world .As I raised my weightless arms my fingertips tinkled and shook with thrill. I wrapped my arms around sister giving her a warm and tight embrace. My heart melted in my chest like a warm honey relieving the tension and troubled thoughts of my distressed mind and body.

Yellow strikes of gold and white fall like fragile strings over the baby blue sky. Slowly washing away the soft texture of blue and revealing the glowing fire like orange. Beams of light shine like lasers exposing the flawless, hot, sandy surface of the desert, which stood Immobile, like a painted picture. A slit graze of the brittle particles could lead to absolute transformation.
The wide, empty land of total isolation had a scent of disaster clawing its way through. The slow footsteps of trouble were echoed by the rough winds. Wide unblinking eyes scowled with a rage of furry, as claws sharp like knives extended from his paws. His powerful black body sprang to action, his deadly teeth ready for kill.
The sweet song of the winds played gently like a lullaby sweeping and twisting the sand up in a form of a dance. Louder the rhythm the faster and stronger the winds grew destroying the fragile and brittle beauty of the desert. Particles flew in a circular motion begging for their release.
The sunlight slowly ran up the hills searching, as flash of blinding light filled the area like lighting. Fierce, and calculating eyes surrounded by rims of black gazed out with interest like he had a story to tell.
The landscape was covered with a sheet of white. Snowflakes danced and swayed themselves to the ground covering everything an eye could see. The night was cold and dead. Thick blankets of ice laid down on the roads shimmering in the under the moons light. The forest was a dark and fighting sight at night. Spider webs and creepy crawlies were guarding at every entrance.
The night was filled with the music from creatures all over. Owls songs, wolfs howls hummed in the air as the winds carried it along giving the night a taste of its magic. The wind kicked up the leaves and they began to swirl in circles forming into a girl.
She was wrapped up in an old, grey coat, which was covered in spring flower. Her golden hair fell into curls like melted honey. Her lime green eyes glistened in the light as the flowers on her coat began to fall to the ground.Shades of red, yellow and blue were washed across the ground creating a filed of flowers.
They swung and sweep in constant motion as they blossomed. As the girl glided through the field, the white sheets of ice turned to ponds and puddles of water. The sweet scent of the flowers and the blossomed filed brought the atmosphere back to life.
The trees shook the ice and water of their leaves as they awoke from their long sleep. The girl protected and reconnected the area to the beauty it was missing. She knew which animals were creating the music and the names of the trees where their performing. As peace was now at her heart and new life was ready to begin, her body switched and turned in a form of a blizzard .As the winds slowed down, all that was left was a little snowbell glowing bright like a flame of new life.
Toasty, rich, salty French fries rest next to a plate full of green, fresh potatoe salad. Surrounding a table are 10 hungry, excited little children. From the 10 kids how many of them do you think went for the fresh potatoe salad?
Majority of the population believe it is difficult for parents to get their children to eat vegetables. Believing that finding little tricks or sneaking vegetables into their dinner is the only way. The problem here is that kids haven’t been introduced to vegetables at an early age. The vegetables have become the horrible enemy in the child’s life when they should be the kind friend that keeps the fit and healthy.
The kind of food we eat plays of huge roll in our life, like the old saying says “you are what you eat”. We judge the food we eat by the way it looks. We go for the bright, colourful looking items thinking its good for us cause of the way its looks. However that’s not always true. Food manufacturing companies add food colouring, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Simple fresh orange juice becomes orange food colouring and orange food flavouring without any natural goodness.
Avoiding fast food however is not the only solution. We also need to take a scrutinizing look at the general everyday groceries we buy. In the rush to produce more and more crops to satisfy growing demand producers have had to resort to using a lethal cocktail of pesticides to control disease and insect attack. Did you know that eating a by eating an ordinary apple, you will be eating over 30 pesticides? Even after washing it?The quality of food has immensely decreased over the past few years. It has stopped being about quality and started to be about the quantity.
Therefore switching to organic food will not only maintain or even increase your health but will also appeal to your taste buds. Once you try some organic produce and taste the way it should be, and perhaps how you recall it tasting in your youth, you will never go back to mass-produced food products again

The cold air sneaked in from the tiny cracks in the hollow, old fashion, brown wall. The fire shimmered in the distance, as the burning flames danced their way through the evening. Clocks ticked to a rhythm of the drums as the clock struck twelve. Floor was covered with a dusty, brown, broken carpet with bits of it missing. Jars were lined up against the wall filled multi colored poudres.
Old pots and pans hung from the ceiling with cod webs covering them. A small lantern was lit up in the corner of the room revealing a wide-eyed, black owl. There was silence in the room, all you could hear was the wind whispering its song through the endless evening. An aged, oak table stood in the center of the room covered with thick, ancient books and jars filled with toads. Next to the table laid a mysterious, yellow eyed black cat leering at the owl with all its might.
The slimey, malodourous cauldron bubbled violently, as the eerie fire burst out into bright flames. The magnificent fire sizzled as the muddy roots and leafs dried up as they hung above the cauldron. A tiny white mouse ran across the room, as the owl caught it between its knife like beak and dropped it in the boiling cauldron. While the curious cat stood up on its back legs and began to stir the brew.
The wind picked up its phase as the door slammed open, leafs and sand blew in with a rush of anger. The cat gave an inscrutable smile as he walked through the heavy winds. An ear piercing cackle filled the silence. As a floating black figure entered the cottage. Her scale like sink and glowing green, deadly eyes scanned the room. Her claw like nails grabbed the books and she began to chant;
Burn, burn my bright flame
Give me power or be shamed
Bring fear to people’s eyes
Them I despise.
